Returns Policy:
All items damaged during delivery will be replaced as long as we are notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Images of the damaged goods will be required.
As these items are handmade using traditional ceramic techniques there will be variation in shape and pattern, which is expected and what makes each item unique. |
