All items are hand made in the UK using traditional ceramic techniques.  Because of this there is some variation from piece to piece and adds to their uniqueness.  

Can the ceramic ware be used in a dishwasher?

 Because they are thinner than most tableware we advise customers not to put them in the dishwasher as the movement could potentially cause breakage's.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order online by browsing our store and selecting items to be purchased or you can also call us at 323-556-4976 and place an order over the phone.

Do you take international orders?

Yes we do. You can now place international orders online or can call us on 323-556-4976 if that is easier.

Do I pay sales tax?
We will only charge sales tax on purchases sent within the state of California.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.

RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
All items damaged during delivery will be replaced as long as we are notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods.  Images of the damaged goods will be required.

As these items are handmade using traditional ceramic techniques there will be variation in shape and pattern, which is expected and what makes each item unique.

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped and how soon will I get it?
It will be shipped to you within 2 business days.  You should receive the order within 7 business days from the time of shipping from H for hannah depending on the location.
