GENERAL
All items are hand made in the UK using traditional ceramic techniques. Because of this there is some variation from piece to piece and adds to their uniqueness. All our pieces are made to order and will therefore take up to 8 weeks to produce.
Can the ceramic ware be used in a dishwasher?
No, they should not be washed using a dishwasher.
ORDERS
How do I place an order?
You can place an order online by browsing our store and selecting items to be purchased or you can also call us at 323-556-4976 and place an order over the phone.
When will I receive the order?
All items are made to order and therefore will take up to 8 weeks to produce. You will be notified prior to shipping that your order is ready for dispatch.
How can I cancel or change an order?
As all items are produced to order cancellations and changes must be made within 48 hours of placing the order in writing to

Do I pay sales tax?
We will only charge sales tax on purchases sent within the state of California.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
All items damaged during delivery will be replaced as long as we are notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Images of the damaged goods will be required.
Items are produced to order and therefore non-returnable unless the product is defective. As these items are handmade using traditional ceramic techniques there will be variation in shape and pattern, which is expected and what makes each item unique.
SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped and how soon will I get it?
It will be shipped to you within 2 business days. You should receive the order within 7 business days from the time of shipping from H for hannah depending on the location.
